Do’s & Don’ts
✓ Do’s
On arriving at the temple, please park your car or two wheeler appropriately in the spacious parking provided free of charge, so as not to inconvenience other vehicles.
Do not litter the temple areas — deposit trash in dust bins only.
As you approach the temple, please place your footwear in the stand provided and not elsewhere. Wash your hands and feet before you enter. Several taps have been provided near the entrance.
Buy your seva tokens at the counters or the self service kiosk and proceed to the temple.
Observe silence in the temple. Take care of your belongings and small children.
Have darshan and keep moving — do not block the paths of other devotees.
Have teertha prasada and proceed for Mahaprasada (free lunch) after obtaining a token at the photo counter, anytime after 12:30 pm.
All large donations in the form of cash and valuable items in kind should be deposited in the temple office and an official receipt obtained.
Observe discipline and decorum at all times — allow senior citizens and women with small children to overtake you in the queue, if any.
✕ Don’ts
Do not talk in a loud voice and disturb other devotees inside the temple.
Do not assemble in groups inside the temple and block the path of other devotees.
Photography within temple premises is strictly prohibited.
Take care of your small children — do not let them run around and create distraction.
Do not bring heavy luggage inside the temple or block the view or path of other devotees at any time.
Do not waste food under any circumstances in the Mahaprasada.
Do not crowd the mantapa, but wait for your turn patiently.
After Mahaprasada, gently wash the steel plate and tumbler and deposit them in the space provided.
Do not throw flowers or excess prasada and litter the temple.
Consumption of liquor and non-veg food inside temple lodges or other areas is banned.
